Title = How to Schedule an Appointment on UVO eServices app
1 --> Launch the UVO eServices App
2 --> Enter credentials and log in
3 --> Click on the <strong>Maintenance</strong> icon
4 --> Your preferred dealer is already selected, but you may update the preferred dealer by clicking on <strong>Change</strong>.
5 --> Select your issue
6 --> Click on <strong>Request Appointment/Submit</strong>

Title = How to Schedule an Appointment via Website
1 --> Log in to MyUVO.com
2 --> Select the vehicle that you are requesting an appointment for
3 --> Click on <strong>Maintenance</strong>, located in the left menu
4 --> Select your preferred dealer or search for a nearby dealer
5 --> Scroll towards the bottom of the page
6 --> Your preferred dealer is already selected, but you may update the preferred dealer by clicking on <strong>Change Dealer</strong>.
7 --> Select the reason you are requesting an appointment, and then click on <strong>Request Appointment</strong>

Title = How to Schedule an Appointment from the vehicle
1 --> Go to <strong>Vehicle Diagnostics</strong> screen on the head unit from your vehicle.
2 --> Select <strong>Schedule Service</strong> from the Head Unit. (<strong>Schedule Service</strong> is visible on the screen, only if there is a problem with the engine.)
3 --> Select <strong>Preferred</strong> or <strong>Nearest</strong>.
4 --> User will receive a message that the transferring of data was completed and user will be contacted by <strong>Dealer</strong>.
