Title = How to request roadside assistance from the Kia Access App
1 --> Login to the app, if you haven’t done so already
2 --> Navigate to <strong>Roadside Assist</strong> by pressing <strong>More</strong> located at the bottom of the screen
3 --> Choose a reason for your request from the provided options. If none of them match, no problem, leave it unselected
4 --> Type in notes, if any, you’d like the agent to see with your case
5 --> Press <strong>Send.</strong> Any information you entered will be sent to your roadside assist agent and your phone will initiate a call
