Title = How to Schedule an Appointment on Kia eServices app
1 --> Launch the Kia eServices App and select the right vehicle you would like to schedule an appointment for
2 --> Select <strong>Kia Connect</strong>
3 --> Press the <strong>Appointment</strong> button
4 --> Press the <strong>Schedule Appointment</strong> button
5 --> Select the <strong>My Preferred Dealer</strong> button or <strong>Choose Another Dealer</strong> button (by choosing another dealer you will enter your zip code or state/city combination to find another dealer)
6 --> Select any issues
7 --> Select <strong>Submit</strong>

1 --> Log in to owners.kia.com
2 --> Select the vehicle that you are requesting an appointment for
3 --> On the left side, select <strong>Appointment</strong>, and then click on the <strong>Schedule an Appointment</strong> button
4 --> Select your preferred dealer or search for a nearby dealer
5 --> If you search for a nearby dealer, click on a search result and then click on <strong>Select this dealer</strong>
6 --> In the next screen, select the reason you are requesting an appointment, and then click on <strong>Submit</strong>

NOTE DESCRIPTION = When an appointment request is sent, you will receive a call from your Preferred Dealer to the phone number you have configured on Owner's portal. If you do not receive a call, please call Roadside Assistance.
