1 --> Launch the Kia Connect Luxury Services app
2 --> Enter credentials and log in
3 --> Click on the <strong>Maintenance</strong> icon, located at the bottom of the screen
4 --> Scroll towards the bottom of page
5 --> Your preferred dealer is already selected, but you may update the preferred dealer by clicking on <strong>Change</strong>
6 --> Select your issue
7 --> Click on <strong>Send Reservation Request</strong>
